Are you the woman everyone depends on…
but underneath it all, you’re tired of carrying so much alone?
I help ambitious women navigate the mental load of life, work and motherhood so they feel calmer, clearer and more connected to themselves again.
Is coaching for you?
✨ Do you feel like you’re constantly holding everything together for everyone else?
✨ Do you look like you’re coping on the outside, whilst internally your mind never switches off?
✨ Have you spent so long holding everything together that you’ve lost touch with yourself underneath it all?
✨ Do you struggle to slow down without guilt, overthink constantly or feel responsible for everyone else’s emotions?
✨ Are you craving more calm, clearer boundaries and a healthier relationship with yourself?
✨ Do you look capable on the outside, but feel overwhelmed underneath it all?
If you answered yes to any of these…
You are not failing. You are carrying a lot. And you don’t have to do it alone.
I’m a certified life, leadership and self-relationship coach but I’m also a woman navigating the mental load, pressure and emotional demands of modern life too.
I help women reconnect with themselves through practical coaching tools, emotional awareness and honest conversations that create real change in everyday life.
Together, we work on:
✨ overthinking & anxious thoughts
✨ emotional regulation
✨ boundaries & people pleasing
✨ confidence & self-trust
✨ reconnecting with who you are beneath the roles you carry
Because the goal isn’t to become someone new. It’s to come home to yourself again.

I’m Sasha, self-relationship and leadership coach, wife, mum of 3 and someone who understands what it feels like to carry a lot.
For over 15 years, I’ve worked across top law firms, accountancy firms and the NHS in leadership and organisational development. From the outside, I looked capable, ambitious and high-functioning. But internally? Anxious, overthinking and constantly holding everything together for everyone else.
I live in a neurodivergent household, my children range from 2 to 11 and I know what it’s like to lose yourself beneath the mental load, responsibilities and pressure to keep coping.
That’s why I do this work.
Not because I have a perfect life but because I’ve done, and continue to do, this work on myself through coaching and emotional regulation work.
Coaching changed my relationship with myself.
It taught me how to understand my thoughts, regulate my emotions, build healthier boundaries and reconnect with who I actually am beneath all the roles I carry.
My goal isn’t to “fix” you.
It’s to help you feel calmer, clearer and more like yourself again through practical tools, honest conversations and self-awareness that actually work in real life.
Because you can be successful, loving and capable… and still be struggling underneath it all.
