ABOUT ME
I’m Sasha Stewart, a self-relationship and leadership coach, wife, mum of 3 kids, 2 dogs and 3 cats and someone who understands what it feels like to carry a lot…
For over 15 years, I’ve built a career in top law and accountancy firms and the NHS in leadership and organisational development.
From the outside, I always looked capable, ambitious and high-functioning.
But internally?
Anxious. Overthinking. Emotionally exhausted. Constantly holding everything together for everyone else.
I live in a neurodivergent household, my children range from 2 to 11 and life can feel loud, demanding and relentless at times. I know what it’s like to lose yourself beneath the mental load, responsibilities and pressure to keep coping.
That’s why I do this work.
Not because I have a perfect life. But because I’ve done and continue to do this work on myself.
Since 2020, I’ve invested deeply in therapy, coaching, emotional regulation, mindset work and understanding my own patterns. I have a coach too, because I don’t believe women are supposed to carry everything alone.
Coaching changed my relationship with myself.
It taught me how to understand my thoughts, regulate my emotions, build healthier boundaries, quiet the constant self-pressure and reconnect with who I actually am beneath all the roles I carry.
My goal isn’t to “fix” you.
It’s to help you feel calmer, clearer, more emotionally secure and more like yourself again - using practical tools, honest conversations and deep self-awareness that actually work in real life.
Because you can be successful, loving, capable and dependable… and still be struggling underneath it all. And you deserve support too.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me running after my kids, in the gym, walking my dogs, reading in the bath, brunching with friends, eating pasta or sushi, chasing sunshine, visiting galleries or escaping to the cinema (in no particular order and when I prioritise myself of course ;) ).
My Qualifications
Alongside my personal experience, I’ve also spent years studying human behaviour, leadership, mindset and emotional wellbeing - both professionally and personally.
